When you make for 6 months and then sell over a two-day festival, it can be a bit daunting. Making is fun, but without that feedback from customers, I never know for sure what is going to be the most desirable items. There is some trepidation–I want my work to find homes, and yet I’ve grown attached to them too!
Luckily there was no time to think at all about any of that at the Graeagel Arts & Crafts Fair this July 20th and 21st, 2024. It was a whirlwind of meeting people and trying to check out shoppers in a timely fashion so that everyone could keep on shopping and having fun.
Thanks to everyone who came into the booth. It was a blast to meet people, see what you wanted to take home with you, and to enjoy the beauty of summer in Truckee. Until next year!
